Welcome to Moss Salon! By using our website, booking services, or participating in our messaging programs, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online or by contacting Moss Salon.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A valid payment card may be required to secure appointments.
AI-Powered Customer Messaging
Moss Salon may use AI-assisted messaging to answer general questions, provide information about salon services, and assist with appointment inquiries.
AI-generated responses may contain errors. Appointment availability, pricing, and booking confirmations are subject to verification by Moss Salon.
SMS Messaging Terms
Customers who explicitly opt in may receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, customer service responses, special offers, promotions, and salon announcements.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to purchase services.

Moss Salon does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
