  • At Moss Salon, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. We value your time and appreciate you valuing ours as well.

    Appointment Changes

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Late Cancellations

    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

    No-Shows

    Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

    Late Arrivals

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid running behind for other guests. A cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to complete your scheduled service.

    Card on File

    A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

    Emergencies

    We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the situation.

    We specialize in customized haircuts, dimensional color, blonding, lived-in color, gray coverage, vivid transformations, keratin smoothing treatments, hair Botox, extensions, and luxury styling. Each stylist has their own specialties, so you can find the perfect fit for your hair goals.

    How do I book an appointment?

    Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our booking system. Not sure who to book with? Reach out—we’re happy to recommend the stylist that best matches your hair needs.

    What if I’m a new guest?

    Welcome! We recommend browsing our stylist profiles before booking. If you’re unsure which service to choose, contact us and we’ll help you select the right appointment and timing.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps protect our stylists’ time and allows us to offer appointments to guests on our waitlist.

    Do you offer consultations?

    Absolutely! We offer consultations for color corrections, extensions, major transformations, and anyone wanting guidance before booking. We love creating a plan that fits your hair goals and lifestyle.

    Yes! Digital Moss Salon gift cards are available year-round and make the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, weddings, or simply treating someone to a little self-care.

    What products do you use?

    We carefully select professional products that prioritize healthy, beautiful hair. Your stylist will recommend products tailored to your hair type and maintenance routine.

    Can I bring a guest?

    To help maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend their appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
